Blue Lodge Past Masters

Liquor Decanter

This beautiful decanter depicts a "Past Masters" emblem associated with the Blue Lodge.  Within the Square and Compasses is a "Bursting Sun" with the Quadrant underneath.  The quadrant is a quarter of a circle or 90 degrees.  It is an instrument used in astronomy, for measuring altitudes, and in Freemasonry is symbolic of a Worshipful Master navigating (or leading) his Lodge.  Also seen are the "Top Hat and Gavel", both again are symbols of the Worshipful Masters office.  This decanter stands 10 inches tall by 8 inches wide and was made and sold by the Mike Wayne Distillery.
