This is an excellent commemorative plate of the U.S. Bicentennial (1776-1976) made by the Grand Holy Royal Arch Chapter of Pennsylvania.  It pictures the "Keystone" with the words over it "Holiness to the Lord" and within the center peeks into the sanctum sanctorum or "Holy of Holies" of King Solomon's Temple where the Ark of the Covenant was kept.  It is hallmarked by the makers on the back Wilton-Colombia PA and numbered 358.  It is made of pewter and measures a whopping 12 inches in diameter.
