Early Hand-Painted

Royal Arch Mason Aprons

This is a beautiful early hand-painted leather (lambskin) Royal Arch Mason apron.  Notations in ink under the flap - "Amos Beecher from his grandfather October 15th 1877" and in another hand "Given to Amos Beecher Lodge New Hartford, Conn. Feb. 8, 1928 by Amos Beecher" "Jr" ("Jr" added later). Hand stitching throughout.  The flap depicts the All-Seeing Eye and "HOLINESS TO THE LORD" written underneath. It measures approx. 15 inches by 14 1/2 inches.
