Stereo View Card of a Cornerstone Laying in 1874

Stereo View Cards like the one above were looked at through an optical instrument called a stereoscope in which two pictures of an object at slightly different points of view are merged into a single three-dimensional image.

A special "Thanks" to our Secretary and Brother Jerry Stotler for submitting the above pictures of his cabinet card and tin type photography collection.  Jerry trades fraternal memorabilia on eBay under the User I.D. "jstot" and can be contacted at jstot@rurallink.net
