This beautiful Royal Arch Medallion commemorates the Centennial (1797-1897) Celebration of the General Grand Chapter USA who first met in Boston on October 24, 1797 and then 100 years later in Baltimore on October 12, 1897.   This is one of the finest quality minted medallions this curator has ever seen!   I have included an additional enlarged picture of the Holy Royal Arch Coat-of-Arms to show its detail.  Even the names of the two Grand Officers on the front can be seen through a jewelers loop.  The names are E. Kirby and G. L. McGahan.  It measures 1 5/8 inches in diameter and has a wonderful 100+ year old patina.
