This is a thick and heavy Knight Templar spoon which measures 5 3/4  inches long and is hallmarked "FLAG WITH H", one of the Watson Companies, which one specifically depends on the date of the spoon.  Possibly Watson & Newell.  It is also  marked "STERLING". The stem has the bear, and many many scenes and says "CALIFORNIA" on the front and "SAN FRANCISCO" on the back....the bowl is goldwashed and engraved with a Knight Templar helmet and shield and is engraved "IN HOC SIGNO VINCES"...The engraving is in MINT CONDITION!!! This is a very special collectors spoon and has no scratches.
