This rather unique souvenir spoon has the words "New Orleans, La" painted on the enameled bowl. There is a caricature of a Shriner, fez and all, sitting on a camel. Various Masonic symbols are cleverly woven into the design on the handle of the spoon, in an attractive, cut out style. The spoon is signed with the mark of the Watson Co. of Massachusetts and marked Sterling. There is a slight bit of gold which extends to the back where the design was purposely gold in the front.  The gold framing on the enameled bowl is in very good condition. This is an unusual souvenir spoon and the enameling is wonderfully executed.
