This beautifully gilded tumbler commemorates the trip Syria Temple Shriners made to the 23rd Imperial Council Session held at the Masonic Temple in Detroit, Michigan.  The obverse pictures a Shriner doing a toast and the reverse pictures a woman crying with "I want to be a Shriner".  All the decorations are done in gold.  This glass stands 3 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.  This particular glass is very rare as few were made, are thin-walled glass and very delicate.
