This is a four-paneled, Milk Glass Tumbler from Syria Temple Shrine in Pittsburgh, PA.  The first panel has a black transfer of a donkey with the dates June 26 to 28 which commemorates their trip to the 43rd Imperial Council Session at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis, MN in 1917.  It measures 3 3/4 inches tall and has an iridescent sheen with gold band around the top.
